Paychex Inc.

I am going on 7 years with Paychex – the company known for HR solutions to fit the needs of any size business. In fact, Inc.com evaluated 10 human resource providers and named Paychex the overall best HR outsourcing solution for small business.

I love that I get to make a difference in my own community and surrounding cities by helping local businesses. I’m honored to be on the Board of Directors for The Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce and the Chair for the Hispanic Business Alliance.  I was also recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 people in New Braunfels in 2017. I was recently nominated for 2019 Chair of the Board Award in the field of Cultural Promotion and Understanding.

I’m blessed with a beautiful family that includes my wonderful husband Jeff and our two beautiful daughters: Paisley Rae & Reese Jordyn.  My favorite hobby is sewing. I started my own company called Chicks Sew Love. I sew baby gifts and love it!!

Presentation: Employment Payroll Issues – Tips & Cautions

Tim Bird has been married to his wife Kelly for 22 years and they have 2 children, McGwire & Lilah.

Tim has been in the pest control business for over 18 years starting out selling pest control services door to door. He moved to Texas 7 years ago to start Mayday Pest Solutions and now lives in Seguin, Texas, a small town just east of San Antonio.

Mayday has grown the last 6 years to become a team of 8 wonderful staff who focus on residential and commercial pest control services. Tim has a pure love of just “doing” business, developing his own but also empowering other small business owners to grow and strengthen their own businesses.

Tim’s volunteer work is centered around being very active in church and very engaged within the communities he serves; from 20 years serving in the Boy Scouts of America, coaching youth in life and many different sports, serving on several commissions and boards for the city and currently as an ambassador for the Seguin Chamber of Commerce, and have been a regional organizer for several disaster relief efforts all across the country. Tim is fluent in Portuguese after having served a 2 year volunteer mission to Brazil for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

When it’s time to relax and settle down you will usually find him with his family, watching some hockey, Alabama football, or firing something up on the grill.
